Booking Terms & Conditions

The following booking conditions form the basis of your agreement with Stewart Travel Ltd.

EXCLUSIVE OFFERS:

Jet2holidays. Exclusive save up to £550 

• Save £300 per couple and up to £550 per family on new bookings for Jet2holidays packages departing up to and including 31/10/28.

Discount is per booking and applies to new Jet2holidays package bookings made by 30/11/26. Minimum 2 adults per booking. Family saving is based on a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children). Excludes group bookings. Offer is combinable with Jet2holidays Free Child Places (where available) but does not apply to infants under 2 years old at the date of return. TUI. Exclusive save £50 extra

Stewart Travel Tailormade Collection. Save £300 per booking + FREE case of wine

• Save £300 per booking + Free case of wine: offer applies on new bookings for accommodation-inclusive packages departing up to and including 31/12/27; minimum spend £2,000pp; excludes motorhome holidays and escorted tours. FREE case of wine will be dispatched by 30/11/26; there is no cash alternative.

• Save £100 per booking: offer applies to new escorted tours and motorhome bookings departing between 01/01/2027-31/12/2027; no minimum spend.

Stewart Travel Tailormade Collection. Save £200 per booking + FREE festive hamper

• Save £200 per booking + FREE festive hamper: offer applies on new bookings for accommodation-inclusive packages departing up to and including 31/12/27, booked between 01/11/2026-18/11/2026; minimum spend £2,000pp; excludes motorhome holidays and escorted tours. Cruise. Save up to £300 extra

• Exclusive save up to £300 on all cruise holidays, (spend £2,000-£2,499, save £50; spend £2,500-£4,999, save £100; spend £5,000-£7,499, save £200; spend £7,500 or more, save £300).

Discounts are per booking based on 2 adults sharing unless otherwise stated, subject to minimum spend and apply on new bookings booked by 08/11/26. Not combinable with any other discount or promotion and must be claimed at the time of booking. Maximum one discount per booking. 

Far & Away. Save up to £300 extra

• Exclusive save up to £300 on far and away holidays, (spend £2,000-£2,499, save £50; spend £2,500-£4,999, save £100; spend £5,000-£7,499, save £200; spend £7,500 or more, save £300).

Discounts are per booking based on 2 adults sharing unless otherwise stated, subject to minimum spend and apply on new bookings booked by 08/11/26. Not combinable with any other discount or promotion and must be claimed at the time of booking. Maximum one discount per booking. 

MORE OFFERS:

Free child places: available at selected accommodation on selected dates, based on sharing a room with a minimum of 2 adults; other conditions apply. 

Low deposit: amount and conditions vary by departure date and product booked. 

Stewart Travel Villas:
Low 10% deposit is per booking and applies to accommodation only; flights and car hire are payable in full at time of booking; remaining balance of deposit (for total deposit of 20%) is due 28 days after booking.

Flight-inclusive holiday packages are 100% protected by ATOL 0739. In the event of flight cancellation or government travel restrictions, you will be able to change your holiday or request a refund. Refunds may be issued in the form of an ATOL protected Refund Credit Note which can be used to rebook or redeemed later as a cash refund. If the holiday is scheduled to operate normally, any changes to a booking will be subject to our booking conditions.

Rocky Mountaineer. Save up to £550 per booking

Save up to £400 per booking on 2027 departures:

GoldLeaf: £200 per person/SilverLeaf: £125 per person. For selected 2027 travel dates.

Applies to new 2026 and 2027 bookings for packages on any Canyon Spirit route option, including the Signature experience and the Premier upgrade. Based on 2 sharing. A valid previous booking reference number must be provided at the time of booking to confirm eligibility. Offer is per person and applies to single, double, triple, or quad occupancy bookings. TUI Save up to £550

Discount is per booking on selected 7, 10, 11 and 14 night holidays. Discount is applied before any extras such as room upgrades & selecting seats, are added. Saving based on minimum of 2 people on the booking (including children aged 2 and over) for the discount to apply. Does not apply to accommodation only, flight only, Marella, 3rd party flights, TUI River Cruise, TUI Lakes & Mountains or Crystal bookings. Not combinable with any other discount or promotion & must be claimed at the time of booking. Maximum one discount per booking.

• Save £100 per booking on selected solo traveller or single parent family holidays – valid on departures up to and including 30 April 2028

Discount is per booking, subject to a minimum spend of £800 and applies on new bookings. Saving based on 1 adult or 1 adult and 1 or more children sharing. Children aged up to 16 years old. Saving is per booking and applies to all new tour bookings made by 08/11/26. Minimum 2 adults per booking. Disney’s 14-Day Magic Ticket for the price of a Disney’s 7-Day Magic Ticket is available for Disney Resort hotel bookings. Ticket expires 18 days from first use. Ticket is validated on arrival day at Park gates. Tickets are linked on your My Disney Experience account. The Ticket is non-refundable once validated.
