Booking Terms & Conditions
The following booking conditions form the basis of your agreement with Stewart Travel Ltd.
EXCLUSIVE OFFERS:
Jet2holidays. Exclusive save up to £100 extra
• Save up to £100 extra per booking on all Jet2holidays packages departing up to and including 31/03/28.
Discount is per booking and applies to new Jet2holidays package bookings only and must be claimed at the time of booking. One discount per booking. Minimum 2 adults per booking. Minimum spend of £2,000 per booking. Save £70 per couple and £100 per family. Offer is combinable with Jet2holidays discounts and Free Child Places (where available) but does not apply to infants under 2 years old at the date of return. Marella Cruises. Exclusive save up to £400 extra

Discount is per booking and applies on new bookings made by 30/09/26. Valid on departure dates 01/05/27-31/10/27 on selected holidays. Save £125 per booking on minimum spend of £1,000 per booking. Save £250 per booking on minimum spend of £2,000 per booking. Offer does not apply to city breaks, accommodation only, flight only, Marella, TUI River Cruise or Crystal bookings. Not combinable with any other discount or promotion & must be claimed at the time of booking. Maximum one discount per booking.

Stewart Travel Villas:
Low 10% deposit is per booking and applies to accommodation only; flights and car hire are payable in full at time of booking; remaining balance of deposit (for total deposit of 20%) is due 28 days after booking.
Flight-inclusive holiday packages are 100% protected by ATOL 0739. In the event of flight cancellation or government travel restrictions, you will be able to change your holiday or request a refund. Refunds may be issued in the form of an ATOL protected Refund Credit Note which can be used to rebook or redeemed later as a cash refund. If the holiday is scheduled to operate normally, any changes to a booking will be subject to our booking conditions.
