About the role:
· Support store manager and lead by example
· Encourage your team and demonstrate how to generate sales through exceptional service, ensuring you hit and exceed personal and store sales targets
· Offering advice and guidance to colleagues and identify training needs
· Take the lead when required for any customer service issues
· Be able to create and promote the business opportunities within the surrounding area
