CARAVAN STYLIST STUDIO

Ever wonder where celebrities and fashion insiders get ready for their special events and red carpet premieres? Located on the mezzanine of the Gregory Hotel, Caravan Stylist Studio is one of those places. This innovative studio hosts fashion bloggers from around the world, as well as actors and actresses from some of your favourite TV shows. Plus, designers are always popping in for fittings or photoshoots, so you never know who you’re going to see walking down the spiral staircase.

Although appointments are by invite only, you can still view the art installation on the studio’s steps by designer KahriAnne Kerr and attend some of Caravan’s events throughout the year that are open to hotel guests.

HAIR STUDIO BY RAY

Haircraft by Ray is the hotels onsite hair and makeup studio, led by passionate and talented stylist Ray Guh. Formerly trained at the Carsten Aveda Institute, Ray brings an understanding approach to his work, complementing each client’s unique features and desires. He perfected the dry-cutting technique during his studies under the famed John Sahag and broadened his technical skills while working as a Senior Stylist at Christo Fifth Avenue.

Today, Ray provides cut, color, and Keratin treatments at his own studio at The Gregory. He also offers creative makeup application and has worked with a number of socialites and celebrities for New York Fashion Week, red carpet events, and more. All guests of the hotel receive a special discounted rate on services from Haircraft by Ray.
