The BayWater Resort is located in the Choeng Mon Beach district of Koh Samui, just 4.7 kilometers from the Samui International Airport. Choeng Mon is a one-kilometer stretch of beach in the northeast corner of Koh Samui, with some of the island’s calmest and cleanest waters. It’s a popular spot for early risers to catch the sunrise from the beach’s rock formations.

The beach itself is approximately 175 meters walking distance from the resort, and offers a great location for swimming in the tranquil waters protected by the bay. Fan Noi Island sits just offshore, and can even be reached by foot at low tide. As one of Samui's quieter areas, Choeng Mon Beach is perfect for families or couples looking for a getaway, however it's still in close proximity to the hubs of Chaweng and Big Buddha (Bang Rak) beaches for those who are looking for more.

Deluxe Pool Access Rooms (20 Rooms 57 sqm) are identical to Deluxe Rooms, except that they are located on the 1st floor and offer direct access from your bedroom to a swimming pool, Deluxe Pool Access Rooms offer 57 square meters of living space, with amenities including a wall-mounted flat screen TV, mini-bar, safety deposit box, working desk, and large bathroom with rain shower.

Pool Access Villas (12 Villas 58 sqm) offer direct access from your bedroom to a swimming pool that is shared with 3 other Villas. With 58 square meters of living space, Villas are spacious and feature rich woods and amenities including a wall-mounted flat screen TV, mini-bar, safety deposit box, working desk, and large bathroom with rain shower.
