Customers have to show their photo card when using the AI service. At the bar there is a limit of time of 15 minutes between orders. There is a discount for drinks not included in the AI concept. For any further info & queries, the reception is available to all guests.
The hotel consists of 223 modern furnished rooms including complete bathroom, hairdryer, air-conditioning, direct dial phone, satellite TV, safety deposit box (payable locally) and a mini bar (payable locally). Baby cots are available on request and will count as 1 person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy.
The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (W:18:30-21:30, S:19:00-22:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During lunch & dinner house wine, soft drinks, beer and mineral water are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests once per week is the themed restaurant. Snacks such as hot dogs and French fries are available between lunch & dinner daily at the pool bar, as well as ice cream from 11:00-18:00 and drinks. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, mineral water (still or sparkling), draught beer, spirits, tea, coffee and cocktails (with & without alcohol) are served at selected bars.
The hotel is approximately 8 km from Tenerife South airport and 75 km from Tenerife North airport.
