Traverse to the capital Ottawa, which offers a unique blend of urban and rural beauty, year-round outdoor activities, and vibrant neighbourhoods. End your trip with a stay in Toronto, with a day trip to the mighty Niagara Falls included. Ensure you visit the CN Tower, a landmark not to be missed when visiting Toronto!

Day 1 - Flyto Montreal Arrive in Montreal and make your way to your downtown hotel.

Day 2 - Explore Montreal Today we have included the Hop on Hop off Bus the best way to see Montreal. Enjoy the very best of Montreal with unlimited hop on hop off privileges. Hop aboard the authentic London open air bus or cool off in a luxury air-conditioned coach. This guided tour will introduce you to the city's most fascinating districts. Attractions, art, architecture, museums, shopping and dining experiences are waiting for you at every stop. Tour stops at: Square Dorchester, Notre Dame Basilica, Pointe-a-Calliere Museum, Village, Latin Quarter, Festival Quarter, Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, St. Joseph's Oratory, Kondiaronk Lookout, Camillien Houde Lookout.

Day 3 - Montreal to Quebec City Morning at leisure before make your way from your Montreal hotel to the train station for VIA Rail journey. Enjoy the facilities of the Business Class Lounge before boarding the train. Complimentary newspapers and non-alcoholic beverages are available in the lounge. Following the St. Lawrence River, pass from city suburbs to rural landscapes, forests and rich pastures dotted with tiny villages and maple trees that extend to Quebec City. For the first hour you will notice the rugged hills, including the lush natural oasis of Mont Royal in Montreal. Arrive to Quebec at Gare du Palais and discover how at 400 years old it is the most charming city in Canada, complete with original architecture and buildings have been lovingly preserved. (Onboard food and beverage service is included) Once arrived in Quebec City make your way chosen hotel spend the evening at your leisure.

Day 4 - Explore Quebec City This morning you have a 2 hour guided walking tour of Old Quebec. This tour will take you off the beaten path and allow you to be enticed by the charms of Old Québec, a UNESCO world heritage gem! Historical characters will let you experience 400 years of the city’s captivating past! In addition to the Château Frontenac, the Dufferin Terrace and the Notre-Dame-de-Québec Cathedral Basilica, the tour will also take you to the Petit-Champlain district and Place Royale to admire numerous 17th and 18th century buildings. Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion.

Day 5 - Quebec City to Ottawa Today you head for Ottawa, the nation's capital city. Travel by rail with VIA Rail in business class Enjoy the facilities of the Business Class Lounge before boarding instructions. Complimentary newspapers and non-alcoholic beverages are available in the lounge. Your rail journey to Ottawa is around four hours and takes you from Quebec into rural Ontario, with maple forests and pastureland.

Day 6 - Explore Ottawa Ottawa is not just the capital of the Canadian government, it is also one of the most diverse cities in the world, offering everything from worldclass sporting events and shopping adventures, to museum and family activities. Ottawa has it all. Situated on the Ottawa River about 200 km (125 miles) west of Montreal, Ottawa is a unique mix of old and new, history and technology, excitement and relaxation. Among the many historic sights in Ottawa are the Canadian War Museum, Parliament Hill, Canadian Museum of History, Rideau Hall, RCMP Musical Ride Visitor's Centre & Stable Tour, Canada Aviation and Space Museum, Royal Canadian Mint, National Gallery of Canada, ByWard Market, Rideau Canal, Dow’s Lake, Central Experimental Farm and the Canadian Museum of Nature. Today is a free day to explore on your own.

Day 7 - Explore Ottawa Another chance to enjoy all that Ottawa has to offer.

Day 8 - Ottawa to Toronto Enjoy the facilities of the Business Class Lounge before boarding instructions. Complimentary newspapers and non alcoholic beverages are available in the lounge. Your rail journey to Toronto takes around 4 hours. If you are looking for a chilled out evening we recommend visiting the Distillery District for a relaxing meal tonight, or if you are heading to a Toronto Blue Jays baseball game the in place for pre-match dinner and/or drinks is Jack Astors.

Day 9 - Explore Toronto Time to explore Toronto at your leisure. We recommend the Hop on Hop off Sightseeing bus to help you get around the city. However it is a beautiful city to stroll around, be sure to spend some time at the distillery district, St Lawrence Market with an array of food and cultures, or perhaps take the short ferry ride across to Toronto Island with picnic and take advantage of the beautiful scenery on offer. We can add on admission up the famous CN Tower, a bicycle tour of the downtown area and/or island, walking tour of the distillery district with chocolate tasting, a harbour cruise or even a helicoter ride over the city. Day 10 - A Day at Niagara Falls Niagara Falls Full Day Excursion: Travel on our air-conditioned motorcoach for a breathtaking, full-day tour through the orchard-laden Niagara Peninsula to Niagara Falls, one of the great wonders of the world. Tours include: • Niagara City Cruises (mid-April - mid-November) or Journey Behind the Falls • Meal overlooking Niagara Falls, • Free time in Niagara on the Lake.

Day 11 - Fly Toronto to Dublin. Morning and afternoon at leisure before your overnight flight back. Have a leisurely lunch at one of the many rooftop restaurant/bars. Take advantage of two of Toronto's biggest malls for some last minute gifts - Eaton Centre and Yorkdale. Transfer to Toronto Airport for your flight back home. We recommend you take the UPs Express Train to the airport.
