COOKING SCHOOL

Become a chef for the day at Hotel Alpha’s very own Cooking School! Lasting approximately 3 hours you will discover the flavours and secrets of typical local cuisine and will experiment with recipes and basic techniques to prepare dishes to perfection which is sure to amaze your friends. Wine tasting is also included in the class and participants will also receive a complimentary gift of homemade jam and an apron with the embroidered logo of the Cooking School. Guests of Hotel Alpha receive 25% discount and is subject to availability.
