The Yarra Valley is Victoria’s premier wine region and the hotel is adjacent to the world-renowned Yering Station Winery. Chateau Yering Hotel was the site of the first vineyard planted in the region in 1838 and the stone wine cellar, built in 1840, is still in use today.
