The beautifully refurbished rooms are set in blocks and the Garden View Rooms are ideal for those on a budget. The hillside Ocean View Rooms involve a bit of a hike up a number of steps (or you can get a ride in a golf buggy) but you will be rewarded with stunning views over the bay. The Beachfront Rooms are ideal if you want to be just steps from the sand whilst Tropical Waterfront Rooms offer a secluded setting.

The main restaurant, Topaz is newly renovated, just steps from the beach and offers a buffet breakfast with an omelette station and delicious banana bread, buffet lunch and à la carte dinner as well as themed buffet dinners. Reserve a table for dinner at the newly renovated Chef Pietro's which offers a beachfront setting and a new menu with Italian specialities twice a week. Pineapple Grill serves authentic Caribbean and Mexican cuisine three nights a week, followed by a disco. The Outhouse is a unique Caribbean grill set high above Long Bay offering spectacular views and a casual setting to enjoy jerk chicken, barbecue ribs and cold drinks in the afternoon. Pelican Snack Grill serves light bites such as burgers and chips. Three bars include the Mongoose Bar and Tickled Turtle Bar.
