Ayr Races Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is being promoted by Stewart Travel, a trading name of Stewart Travel Ltd, 20 Renfield Street, Glasgow G2 5AP. Registered in Scotland No. SC400502.

2. Completing and submitting details at the Barbados stand at Ayr Racecourse on 24 June 2023, is the only way to enter this prize draw. No purchase is necessary.

3. Maximum of one entry per person via prize draw form. 

4. The prize draw entry period commences on 24 June 2023 and ends at 23:59 24 June 2023.

5. Entrants must be over the age of 18, UK resident and eligible to travel.

6. Employees or agents of Stewart Travel Ltd, Ayr Racecourse, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

7. By entering the prize draw you confirm acceptance of these conditions.

8. The prize package is being provided by Stewart Travel Ltd, 20 Renfield Street, Glasgow G2 5AP.

9. The prize package includes:

1.  Return economy class flights from either Glasgow or Edinburgh.
2. 7 nights accommodation at Accra Beach Hotel, sharing a standard room, on a Bed and Breakfast basis.
3. Includes £1,000 cash spending money

10. The prize package can be booked to depart any time up to December 2024, subject to availability; and excluding travel black-out dates on selected peak periods, such as local public holidays.

11. All flights and accommodation are subject to availability. If the accommodation listed is not available an alternative of a similar standard will be offered.

12. Stewart Travel and Ayr Racecourse reserve the right to amend the prize package or substitute one of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside its control.

13. Travel insurance is not included.

14. UK airport transfers are not included.

15. The prize is non-transferable; the named prize winner must travel.

16. There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or in any way traded.

17. The prize cannot be substituted or amended upon request.

18. Holiday booking conditions apply.

19. The prize must be booked by December 2023.

20. Stewart Travel and Ayr Racecourse will select 5 entries to come to the Barbados stand at 4pm on 24 June 2023. The winner will be announced on screen within the hour. 

21. Winners will be required to respond within 1 day in order to claim their prize. If we have not received a response within 1 day of contact, Stewart Travel will pick another winner.

22. Those not contactable by reasonable means may be disqualified and an alternative entrant awarded the prize on the same basis described above.

23. The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

24. Entrants agree to allow their name to be used by Stewart Travel and Ayr Racecourse for publicity purposes.
