After a long and hot busy day at the theme parks, there is nothing better than returning home to relax by your own pool on a sunny Florida evening. The 3, 4 & 5 Bedroom allocated-on-arrival Disney Area Standard Homes offer guests their own private space to return to after exploring the Orlando area. Homes are positioned in residential locations either in the Kissimmee, Haines City, Davenport or Clermont areas and are all within 20-35 minutes’ drive of Walt Disney World.

Each home is air conditioned, well equipped and spacious with its own private screened swimming pool, offering the ideal holiday base. Inside there is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and a TV/DVD player for the family to enjoy a quiet night in. All linens and towels are provided, and household equipment such as an iron/ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and laundry facilities will make guests feel at home. A villa telephone is also available. A fully-fitted kitchen is standard. Kitchen facilities may include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Local supermarkets are easily accessible, or dining out in Orlando is a great option due to the variety of eateries located here. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party.

Homes are furnished with a master bedroom with a king or queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to 2 people - they may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed with additional bathroom(s). Occupancy levels are as follows: - 3 Bedroom Home: Maximum of 6 people - 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum of 8 people - 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum of 10 people - 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum of 12 people - 7 Bedroom Home: Maximum of 14 people. Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be placed in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away bed and these must be prepaid at the time of booking.

Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking we recommend pool heating during the months of October – April.
