Nestled on the outskirts of the popular resort of Cala en Porter, this modern looking villa is ideal for a family holiday. Completely walled in and away from the main road.

The living room/dining room area has a flat screen TV (no Satellite). The well equipped kitchen also has a small dining area. A washing machine is also provided in the garage/utility room.

Villa Ines has two bedrooms; one double and one twin, these share the family bathroom which is adjacent to these rooms. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink and has a bath with shower attachment. Each bedroom has a fan, for your added comfort.

Outside there is a covered terrace which leads off from the kitchen or the living/dining room. The 8 metre swimming pool with roman steps is surrounded by a spacious grassed area. There is a brick built barbecue for those Al-fresco meals.

The local shops, supermarkets and restaurants of Cala en Porter are just a 5 minute walk away. The beautiful sandy beach is around 15 mins walk away (accessed via quite a steep hill)

All in all, Villa Ines is a perfect villa for a couple or small family. Although car hire is not required, we do recommend hiring a car to explore the wonderful family resorts of Menorca, coast and city of Mahon.
