The newly refurbished Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa Maldives, meaning “Reef Above Water”, enjoys a unique location beside one of the longest stretches of reef in the archipelago. Featuring brand new beach bungalows, over-water bungalows set on stilts and platinum beach bungalows, you’re only a few steps into the waist-deep water and can enjoy fabulous views of the lagoon.

You’re surrounded by crystal-clear water here, so activities include the likes of snorkelling, diving* and dolphin-watching*. Kayaking, windsurfing and stand-up paddle-boarding are popular pastimes, as well. Time your trip right, and you can see whale sharks on a boat trip – they visit the island’s waters between May and December.

Another brand-new addition, connected to the main resort via a walkway is a small private island with 20 luxurious platinum bungalows offering the ultimate privacy for adults 18 years and over. Ideal for couples or groups of friends with an outdoor common swimming pool, bar & lounge and an exclusive restaurant for guests staying on the island.

As the day draws to a close, the beautiful sunsets and gentle evenings are the perfect setting for a delicious meal and drinks al-fresco. Malaafaiy buffet restaurant serves an international buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can enjoy views of the lagoon at meal times. Veli lounge & bar is located at the end of the jetty, so you have some spectacular sea views to enjoy. Plus, live music performances are a regular occurrence in the evenings. The Crab restaurant*. specialises in seafood, there's 4-course seafood meals and lobster specials on the menu. Manzaru Restaurant located on the adults-only island, serves up fresh dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. Vevu Bar is exclusively for the adults, you'll be able to sip on cocktails, and a selection of soft and alcoholic drinks.

To get to the Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa Maldives, you’ll take a scenic seaplane transfer. Please note the hold allowance for seaplanes is 20kg, and 3kg for hand luggage. You’ll be charged extra at the airport if you go over.
